Depends on what degree you believe that women are more naturally F and men are more naturally T. I suppose it brings up another question: is there a "most natural" balance of F and T that works for counselors?
So, tests show that 2/3 of women are feelers and 2/3 of guys are thinkers. So, though a significant chunk, the male feelers are a bit more rare (hmm... wonder if I know any of those?)
I think the T/F balance thing has some validity, but I wonder if it's maybe having enough common experience to identify with the person they're counseling, while also bringing a foreign, fresh perspective to the conversation.
Oh and also, by counselor, I didn't mean it in the formal sense- just people who seem to speak really well into people's lives.
